SAP Note 1862997 Duplicate Check in CRM on HANA not working

Hi Experts!

I have this requirement to enable BP duplication check in CRM on HANA system. I found this note and I tried with the steps provided for CRM system with Basis component 7.50 sps 13 and latest HANA 2.0. However, it does not work for me.

So, i would like to know if this note applicable for all CRM system of only IC specific as we don't cater IC ?

I can see all the packages available in CRM system as mentioned in note i.e. S_IC_DUPLICATE_CHECK_ON_HANA.

Can anyone help here!
