SAP Marketing Segmentation Attribut description

Hallo Community,

in our SAP Marketing On-Premises System (1809), we have created a new Segmentation Profile. Now we want to change a description of a segmentation attribute, because the standard translation is a little bit confusing. First i have checked the data source view in the SAP Hana Studio, but there i only can change the label itself and not the translation. Before the upgrade to Version 1709 i could change it in SPRO in the Backend, but now i cannot find the position in the segmentation configuration where i could change this. In which application can i implement this change?

i have found a solution. You have to change the value in the HANA Database (Multilanguage support for labels).

thank you for your fast answer. I know that function from cloud, but in the On-Premises System this function does not exist. (or i cannot find it.

Did anybody know the way to implement the change?

Hi,

Not sure about Marketing OnPrem but we have a similar set up for cloud where you can maintain additional language transaction/label via "Segmentation and Campaign Configuration " -->"Segmentation Objects and Attribute". here you can choose your object and corresponding attribute. Inside the attrobute details you should able to find a section for "Attribute Label" as shown below:

There isn't "Attribute Labels" available in the on-prem version. At least, yet.
