SAP Marketing Roles with read access

Dear Community,

i have created a few composite roles (based on SAP_MARKETING_EXPERT and SAP_MARKETING_MANAGER) with many single roles. For our use case we needed roles that only have read access to the SAP Marketing system. So i created them. But now the problem is that the "create" button in the FIORI Apps in SAP Marketing is not disabled. It is always activated and i have tried everything to get it disabled. Only in the Campaigns app it is disabled. Nobody with the read roles can create e.g. Programs but it is confusing that they can open the dialog with this enabled create button.

Does anybody know a solution for this problem?

Could you open a customer incident and mention also the other apps if the problem is not only with programs.

You do not mention which release you are using. Would the SAP Note 2683444 fix your issue?

thank you for your answer. Unfortunately, this Note does not fix our issue because it is already in the our system and the problem not only occurs in the Programs App.

Dear Robert,

You must have one marketing area for which you have the change authorization for the BO CUAN_PROGRAM.

I would suggest that you open an incident to investigate further that issue.

thank you for your fast answer.

In the frontend the user sees the normal "create" button.

If the user presses the "create" button he get this standard dialog box (cannot choose any marketing area, because he did not have the authorization, so cannot really create e.g. a new program).

The authorization objects of e.g. the single role for the programs app is restricted as follows:

The value "Anzeigen" for the activity is the german word for "display".

The question now is, how can i disable this "create" button?
