SAP Marketing On-Prem - Marketing Application Jobs app

Hi,

I am trying to access the Marketing Application jobs app on Fiori launchpad but the page wont load. I am using the super user and I can see the tile on my Fiori App but the page doesn't load. Can someone please tell me what the issue is here, and how I could go about fixing it? I read somewhere that the Marketing Application Job isnt available on the on-prem version, but I do see it on my Fiori App, so if that is the case can someone please confirm.

Hello Ali,

Based on the official documentation, it should be available for On-Premise solution as well. If you can't open the application then I suggest to verify the missing authorizations via transaction SU53.

Hi Martin,

The Marketing Application Jobs App is available on Fiori but everytime I press it the screen just stays blank. I tried doing this and checking SU53 but nothing showed up. What do I have to do in SU53? If you could please guide me further that would be great. I also checked the Application Logs tile but couldnt figure anything out. We really need to access the app, so if you could please guide us further that would be greatly appreciated!
