SAP Marketing on prem - How to Delete Location?

Hi,

I deleted a location from the Fiori Launchpad app and it isn't visible on the front end application (Fiori) now. However, on the backend, in the SAP Logon, it is still visible. Can someone please guide me on how I could also delete this entry from the backend as well?

Hi Ali,

Thank you for reaching out. Marketing Locations cannot be deleted from the backend, However they are marked Obsolete (X) in CUAND_LOC_ROOT table.

Hello Ali,

Marketing Locations can not be deleted physically, they can only be set to obsolete. Although removed from the UI, they physically exist in the database but marked as obsolete (field OBSOLETE = 'X' ).

Please try odata service API_MKT_LOCATION_SRV to delete the records.
