SAP Marketing On-Prem - Deleting Interaction Transaction Data

Hi,

We are trying to delete interaction transaction data by going into se38 and entering the program name: CUAN_INTERACTION_SET_COLD. We have set the retention period as fixed, but every time we run the program the number of deletion flags increases. Can someone please explain why this is happening and how we can go about fixing this issue? If there is any other way to flag and delete, please explain how.

Hi Ali,

When you set the retention period to be 104, system will consider interaction whose last change timestamp is older than 104 days ago by referring current time. Since it is a timestamp, the number would become bigger and bigger as time goes by.
