SAP Marketing error message: column store error: search table error: [23057]...

Hello together,

recently I got the following error message while trying to run a campaign:

"column store error: search table error: [23057] Internal error during join: invalid input; exception 70023057: Internal error during join: invalid input exception 70023057: Internal error"

This error seems to be based on a failed target group creation, which is based on a failed segmentation model creation... so far - thats the point I am now. In some cases the issue seems to solve itself, but I do not see any patterns.

I already checked the launchpad but did not got any useful information from there about that topic but very old HANA DB issues which do not seem related to this problem.

Any ideas? (Using SAP Marketing (onPrem) 1808)

Dear Stefan,

Please create a ticket under HAN-DB-ENG for root-cause analysis.

This issue is related to HANA DB, an expert will help.
