SAP Marketing: Communication Categories and Limits
What is the max Timeframe (Days) for Communication Categories and Limits? Have others experienced it failing when days are above a certain number/limit?
I've just started using Communication Categories and Limits on some of my trigger campaigns. I'm currently using it for a trigger campaign I only want to trigger once a week per contact. This works!
Now I want to use the same function, however I want to limit it to once forever! I tried this by using 1 time per 999.999.999 days which is max for the input field. However this made the campaign "fail" and not execute. I then limited it to 1 per 99.999 days - same result. I stopped testing at 1 per 9.999 days. Now I've removed the limit and campaign is executing.
Request clarification before answering.

I created one for 3.365 days yesterday and assigned it and today the campaign was working.
We had originally created a support ticket for this. We'll update it with the answer. I will sugest SAP adds this information to the help section or better somewhere in the Communication categories and limits app.

I also tried this once to make a category with a limit of 1 time per 999.999.999 days and ran into the campaign failure ':)
I have then set it to 3650 days (10 years) instead, and that did work. I didn't try anything in between.
