Dear experts,
does anybody have an idea of how to determine the "top interest" of a contact in segmentation?
Background/Use Case:
A contact has multiple interactions with different interests assigned, e.g.
Marketing wants to send out an email based on the "top interest" of the contact. So the contact should only receive one email (not three). In our case the email with the content for interest C.
Using segmentation we could only determine which contacts have which interest items and could use "Count of Interactions". But that would not solve our requirement.
Happy for any ideas.
Kind Regards
Tobias

If this doesn't work, we don't have any alternative as per my experience!
I hope this answers your query to close the thread.

Hi @KunalBansal,
we also thought about that but the first issue comes up when creating the score.
As far as I can see there's no "interest item" field available for the score editor...

Hi Tobias,
thinking the only option to achieve it is to create your own HANA view with the SAP Business Application Studio.
