SAP Marketing cloud Text Message generic interface

Hello Experts, any advice would be highly appreciated. We have configured on SAP Marketing Cloud the generic text messages interface and mapped all the status as shown in the help. When execute a text message campaign we are having the following issues

  • -The text messages go out without a problem but when we open the performance tab in the campaigns the we don´t see any results for the soft or hard bounce (we have already map all the responds from the provider in the CPI as Permanent and Temporary) .
  • -When we call the CPI monitor message processing, on the text message status artifact, it shows an error and the query is for date range of a month and we can´t change for a less date range. Is it possible to configure on marketing cloud a smaller date range?
  • -On a created campaign, after we have made changes on CPI or the text message provider, we open again the performance tab and it doesn’t update the bounce KPI´s, how or when is the status text message interface is called? After a campaign finishes will the bounce KPI´s refresh every time you open the performance tab in the campaign screen?
