SAP Marketing Cloud Survey

Hello Hello,

1)I am wondering whether C4C satisfied surveys can be replicated to SAP Marketing Cloud with custom iflow or not. If anyone has experience with it, kindly highlight me.

2)Without using Qualtrics integration, how can I create surveys then deploy them on the Campaign? I need suggestions to deploy surveys without using Qualtrics integration.

Hi Tobias,

Thank you for your support on it.

2)I meant that looking for ways to create surveys in SAP Marketing Cloud, hence sending surveys to my contacts and accounts to "get their opinion about my service". As we sure, Qualtrics is the best solution however I need to complete below expectations from the Marketing cloud without Qualtrics.

Firstly, as you said I need to send out an email with a link that takes the contact to the Landing Page, more specifically creating a Form for contact then Customers' satisfaction surveys will appear on the page so that they submit whether satisfied or not. There is no doubt, all surveys should be stored in the Marketing Cloud and stick to Contacts and Accounts. In short, after service we want to evaluate Contact or Accounts happiness level, satisfying level or unsatisfied level, if they are unsatisfied, why they are unsatisfied then understand their expectation from us. Hopefully, I tried to more clear for my opinion, if it is not please let me know.

Hi Oguzhan,

1) as already said in the other question, I think the most difficult part is not the iFlow itself. If you are able to send the survey data from C4C to CPI then I think it would be possible to create an iFlow which uses the OData API API_MKT_INTERACTION_SRV to create Interactions with the survey responses in Marketing Cloud. So, the more complex part is the extraction of data from C4C. Maybe a C4C developer could help you out there.

2) Could you elaborate a little bit more on the process you're trying to implement? What do you mean with "deploy them on campaign"? Do you need to send out an email with a link that takes the contact to the Landing Page (created in SAP Marketing Cloud) where he could then answer questions? Which information needs to be stored in Marketing Cloud?

I'm thinking of creating/using CBO but I think there's some more information needed to evaluate that and I don't know if that's a possible approach.
