SAP Marketing Cloud - Setting alert o automatic programs according to subscription expiration date

Hello, we are trying to set alert or automatic programs according to subscription date or better, subcription expiration date. Unfortunatley we can't select any "subscription date" dimension for the segmentation model and neither we are able to add the field through the Segmentation configuration app.

Any advice about this?

Hello Nicoletta,

The data source that holds the permission related attributes for each of the segmentation objects is documented in the online help:

Permission Marketing and Segmentation

As far I know the permission/subscription opt-in date is not available.

So for your requirement , you can try using the NEWSLETTER_SUBSCR interactions that are created with the opt-in , using the timestamp of those interactions might at least provide a workaround.

As per the Improvement Request https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/idea/245686 , there is a new attribute released for Subscription Opt out as part of 2108 Release , This attributes allow you to exclude contacts who have explicitly unsubscribed from a newsletter in situations where no explicit opt-in for a newsletter is required.
