SAP Marketing Cloud-Segmetatión Object

Hi

I have a problem whent create a new segmetatión object Z, following the step by step

Step 1: Create the segmentatión object according Business Object ID created before

Step 2:Create the Key to new segmetatión object Z “YYSAP_CONTACT_KEY

Step 3: Assign data source selecting _SAP_CF_CE_CONTACT_IA_ERP, but generated on warning “No data source key attributes found. Please change the data type or data source.” I click in OK

Step 4: Do not appear the name attribute created previously.

Hi!

I followind you recomendation, it ok , but i continue aren´t view data in segmentation, after i created segmentation object, assign to Segmentation and synchronizes all in the data source

As I can see, your key is not assigned to a business object.
Edit you key entry and define this business object:

Are you sure, the key in the data source _SAP_CF_CE_CONTACT_IA_ERP has the data type VARCHAR 16?

Usually the data type of of a key in SAP Marketing standard data sources is VARBINARY 16.
You are using the consumer class CL_CUAN_CE_CONTACT_SEGMENT. To have a connection to the contacts in SAP Marketing, I guess you would need to have a VARBINARY 16 key.

In the step 1, understand than created the key, and in the system automatically associate the attribute? or the attribute are create in other app?

Hi Edna,

you set the key for the new segmetatión object as “YYSAP_CONTACT_KEY.

In step 3 the system is now checking the data source _SAP_CF_CE_CONTACT_IA_ERP for this key field. But it seems like this field is not available in this view? So the question is: Is there an attribute with name YYSAP_CONTACT_KEY in this view? As this would be necessary.
