I would like to set up some interaction-based live target groups which should filter only those interactions:
Opt-Ins
Opt-Outs
I set up some segmntation like this:

Filters for interactions from the confirmation mails and landing pages are quite clear for me. However, I'm struggling with identifying manual changes. I hoped to filter on the communication medium equal "System". But it seems like it's not always system, e.g. in this case:
Do you see any option to filter those kind of interactions?
As a workaround I could maybe (partly) work with the note. This should probably be the NTERACTIONCONTENTSUBJECT attribute, right?

I do not believe there's a distinction right out-of-the-box between permission changes via API vs UI.
