SAP marketing cloud: Segmentation on product Unit purchased from Sales Order

Hello SAP,

I am unable to retrieve the data for segmentation on product unit. Example - If i want to segment customers based 100 CT purchased of a specific product.

I have the sales order in the system and see the quantity with unit CT. But when i went to segmentation, i couldnt find the data. Anything which we have to consider in the data while replication?

Hello mitmayank_bluleader,

What field for Quantity are you using in Segmentation? Data source 'SAP_CE_PRODUCT_RELATED_IA_KF' works in my system.

In segmentation you need to:

1- drag-and-drop field Quantity from 'sales data group';

2- choose operator (equal to, greater than, etc)

3- choose value (for example, 100)

4 - select condition interactino type = sales order

5 - select condition product ID = 'your desired product ID'

6 - keep

You should get the result you expect.
