SAP Marketing Cloud/SAP Jam - Integration Error

Hi everyone,

I've integrated SAP Jam with SAP Marketing Cloud.

I've created the communication system, the communication scenarios SAP_COM_0026 and SAP_COM_0038 and imported the certificate from SAP Jam.

Also I did the necessary steps in SAP Jam (OAuth Client & SAML-trusted IDP).

When I now try to create or assign a SAP Jam group to a campaign nothing happens and I can see the following error in the console:

Also no user images are shown. As far as I know and as mentioned in that question/answer https://answers.sap.com/questions/656331/how-to-upload-a-picture-for-sap-marketing-user.html they should come from SAP Jam.

kabras do you maybe know what's wrong or which step I'm missing?

Or maybe anyone else can help?

Update: I copied the OAuth-Cient Key from Jam and pasted it in the Marketing Cloud for the outbound user again. Now I'm able to create and assign Jam groups in the campaigns.

The profile images from Jam are not retrieved yet.

After you've done the integration you can maybe let me know if it works for you and the profile images are retrieved from SAP Jam.

Thanks for your answer. Yes it works fine but the profile images are not retrieved from Jam. The reason is maybe that i don't achieve the stept 5.4.2.....
