SAP Marketing Cloud & SAP CAR - Integration Documents

Hello,

I am looking for some documentation with regards to integrating SAP Marketing Cloud and SAP CAR. The documents that I got are mostly related to SAP Hybris Marketing and CAR co-deployed. What are the possibilities of integrating SAP CAR with Marketing Cloud.

Hi,

SAP Marketing Cloud is never co-deployed with CARAB and even OnPrem we strongly recommend against it.

The standard integration for the transfer of POS data to SMC uses a standard SMC OData API for interaction data. This is wrapped in a task in the task framework of CAR. The use of CPI is optional.

SAP CARAB is currently only available as a co-deployment option with SAP Marketing.

Hi Kunal, Thanks for the quick response!

How do we perform this prerequisite? Since this is SAP Marketing Cloud and there are no out of the box CPI iflows between SAP MC and CAR, are all these custom development?

Is there a report available in CAR which allows batch processing of Master Data?

I am not sure, but there should be a custom iFlow needs to be created.
