Hi experts,
We're building a SAP Marketing Cloud Platform and want to create a business role with following authorizations:
- can read on all catalogs
----- for example Marketing - Campaign Management
----- for example Marketing - Content
- can write on certain catalogs
------ for example Marketing - Content
+++ but not for Marketing - Campaign Management
However each time we try to restrict the write access, it's updating the status for all catalogs and not only for one.
Is there a way of configurating the write access by catalog and even by app?
Request clarification before answering.
HI Anais,
you have to create one read role (including all the catalogs were you want to have read access) and one write (including all the catalogs were you want to have write access)role. Those two you assign to the user.
As far as I know you can't assign it for each app. Only on catalog level
