SAP Marketing Cloud Recommendation no preview

Hi Experts,

I have the requirement to create the following recommendation: Bought together, based on the items that the customer has already bought / items that other customers have for this item in their purchase history.

So I selected the scenario Factsheet Recommendation - Buing History and added the corresponding model. Here are the screnshots.

If I now want to test the recommendation with a customer who has a purchase history, no recommendation will be shown in de preview. Can someone tell me why? Do I have to proceed differently when creating the recommendation?

Hi Christiane,

have you added a product as a leading item (screenshot 3)?

Because I think you have to choose at least one product to see which other products have been bought together with that one.
