We would like to Set-Up the OpenChannel-Integration in our S/4HANA Marketing Cloud (like described in this tutorial. But in this video it is not described, what has to be done on HCI side?
Could someone please explain, what steps are necessary in HCI to access it from S/4HANA Marketing side? The Application Help is not very detailed too in this part.

Hi ly286349662! We implemented many open channel integrations and we used this tutorial from CX works. It talks about Facebook integration, but skip all that and go directly to the SAP Marketing configuration (SAP Marketing Cloud Configuration & Development header).
From that part of the tutorial, you can skip the part of Create a Custom Field (that is specific to the Facebook integration). The important steps are (remember that you must start in the QA environment):
Then I recommend you to follow the second part of the same tutorial to finish up all the integration. Let me know if you need more help or have any questions about the tutorials.
