Hello Experts,
for our customer we have to set up newsletter campaigns that will run every week. So i think the best option is to make a recurring campaign.
But the Content of the Email should also change every week. So as far as i know i have to pause the campaign every week, change the content of the Email or create a new email and then restart the campaign. Since this is a lot of effort and our customer don´t want to do this steps every week, i wanted to ask if there is an other way to handle newsletter campaigns like this? Is there an other way so that i don´t have to pause the campaign every week? Is there something with dynamic content of an email?
I am grateful for every idea.
Thanks in advance.
Best Regards
Caro

Hi Caro,
It is possible to change the content of an email without pausing the campaign. If you change the content directly in the Content Studio, the new version of the content will be used when it is released. You can find more information in our online documentation https://help.sap.com/viewer/b88f770e4b7c4ecead5477e7a6c7b8f7/2102.500/en-US/f6fea0958e76485ab4d21899... .

Hi Isabelle,
thanks for your answer!
But i think this solution works just with the old E-Mail Editor, right? As far as i know i can not change the content in the Email Lite Editor, once the email is released.

Caro
You are right Caro.
As far as I saw, thats not possible in the new Editor Light in Content Studio. I really dont know why SAP dropped this feature for the new editor
There is only one other (maybe crazy) option in my mind:
You could use reusable blocks with reference. Then you are able to change the specific reusable block any time and create the new version for the next campaign execution.
