Hello Experts,
i added a new field to my custom business object. I also set it to visible (as you can see in the screenshot below).
I also synchronized the data source but the field is not visible in the data source of the segmentation object.
Has anybody an idea what the problem could be?

sorry for sharing a link that didn't work. As said, we experienced a similar issue at another customer.
There is a background Job which executes every hour which updates the indexes of newly created Extensibility Fields/views, which leads to creation of Artifacts to be ready to exported in Export Collection.
If any other user locks any of the Artifacts or mistakenly export the Artifact, the update of index doesn't happen, due to lock.
Recommendation: Please sync with teammates when creating custom object and exporting them, these activities should not be done at the same time.
In your case I would suggest to open an incident to the following component: CEC-MKT-SEG. Pretty sure that our operations team can support you here 🙂
