SAP Marketing Cloud lead replication to SAP C4C

Hi everybody,

Please your help with the following.

We have SAP Marketing Cloud integrated with SAP C4C trought SAP CPI. When we use the "Transfer Leads Campaing" app from SAP MKC, in SAP C4C, the web service monitoring show split record ok, some records successfull and some record with error. The records with error show us the following message "Please enter an account".

Can somebody guide me on this?

Hi manideepsatya,

unfortunately the shared link is no longer available.

I have a similar problem with the lead replication from SAP Marketing to C4C.

The error message is: 'Error while processing inbound third party communication - Please enter a party with role Employee Responsible. Owner is missing'

I don't know to send the responsible Employee from SAP Marketing as we don't have employees administrated there. Is this a CPI mapping issue?
