how can i reset a password for a user in SAP Marketing Cloud.

Request clarification before answering.
Hi Carolin,
you have to reset the password in the IDP (Identity Provider).
For this go to the "Identity Authentication Service" also known as "Administration Console" (the link will be provided during provisioning), click on "User Management" and search for the contact, you want to reset the password. Use the tab "Authentication" and jump into "Password Details", here you are able to set an initial password or send an E-Mail to reset the password.
