SAP Marketing Cloud: Follow-up Links in Forms

Dear colleagues,

We have set up a Form via Content Studio to embedd it to a Landing Page. The Form's purpose is to collect Email OptIns. We added a Button and defined a Follow-up action / Follow-up page, when this Button ist clicked (and the Form is complete of course).

In our test environement this worked perfectly fine but not in live. The only thing I found was here:

Buttons | SAP Help Portal

"A Web site URL that will open when the button is clicked. The user must define this page in his Content Management System. An example is a Thank You page that appears when a user has clicked Submit to subscribe to a newsletter."

How can we solve this as we do not have a specific CMS linked.

Thank you for your support & est regards,

Aaron

Hi Aaron,

can you provide more details? Is it not working at all? Do you see any error in the Developer Console of the browser?

best regards

Andreas

Hi Andreas,

thanks for your reply! The forwarding is not working at all. The Marketing Cloud only delivers:

Buffered: true,

MaintenanceMode: true

The response from test has more data. I am not sure how to make this Link (or links under a certain domain) usable.

Best regards,

Aaron

Hello,

I'd like to add that we're also experiening the same issue. It works when using the "test" function in the test tenant, but not anywhere else it seems.

I noticed that for both the standard css and js files there are new versions 23.0.3 since the 2208 release upgrade(?).

Is there any documentation about exactly what the changes are? As you might imagine, the css deployed on the various landing pages has been heavily adapted, and the js file also to some extent.

Could this be causing some issue with opening the follow-on page?
