SAP Marketing Cloud Editions - What's included?

Hi,

does anyone have an actual document/slide about what's included in the different editions of SAP Marketing Cloud (Standard, Professional, Enterprise)?

I can only find a document from 2017:

But I need to know some more details (e.g. how many Jam oder SAC Users are included in the different editions).

Hi all,

I just noticed that CPI / BTP doesn't seem to be included anymore in the current packages 😮

In the link that Saurabh mentioned it still was,

and in this document with in the url "v3 2020" as well:

but in the most recent document it's gone:

Hi Joyca,

don't know when exactly that was changed, but yeah, now you have to license Integration Suite with SAP Cloud Integration separately and therefore can use it for all of your integrations.

You can find the latest pricing information for SAP Marketing Cloud here. You can find the high level description of the content of each license (Professional includes Standard Edition functionality + recommendations, offers and integrated commerce marketing for example). In terms of the number of JAM and SAC users are included per license, it's best to request a quote via the links or request assistance via the contact us button on the page above.
