SAP Marketing Cloud: Delete Custom Object (Fields)

I created some custom object on the test system. I defined some fields for this object, but now I would like to delete some of those fields. However, when I select one field for deletion and try to publish I receive the message "Business object could not be published because of conflicts.". This additional information is shown (field I want to delete is "NAME"):

Since I can not delete fields from the object, I wanted to delete the whole object and create a new one. However, this is not possible as well:

The "Contacts" segmentation object has the data source of the custom object assigned:

I also tried to delete this data source assignment. However, this is not possible as well.

Do you have any idea how I could delete either single fields from the object or the whole object? Of course, I could just leave the object on the test system, however, I would like to keep it clean...

Hi kunalkumar.bansal,

just found out the issue myself. I did not check the "Marketing Extensibility" app. After removing the segmentation assignment there, I could regullary delete the custom object...

Off course, assignment from there should also be done. Sounds great it is resolved.

Hello chackbusch,

Have you already uploaded data to your CBO? If yes, you need to delete the data first.

Then remove all the object assignments, though I see you're facing issue with that, in that case you can chat with an expert from SAP.

yeah I had some data uploaded but now I deleted it. When I try to remove the object assignment I get this:

And when after removing the key I am facing this issue:
