SAP Marketing Cloud - Data Import - Opt-Ins

Hello Experts,

i try to upload contacts with the new Data Import App. I also use the example file and fill this file. In the fields for the opt-ins i put a Y for Yes. But the contact is created without any opt-ins or opt-outs.

Can anybody help me with this issue? Or is ther another way to upload contacts with opt-ins/opt-outs?

Hello Caro,

Please note that since 1908, you are not allowed to update/upload both the Contacts and Permission together. You need to do it separately, and hence your scenario is failing.
