Hello experts,

By following the process to manually upload contacts via FILE_UPLOAD or by automatically loading via interface using CUAN_IMPORT_SRV, we face an error on contact interface:

Imported entry SAP_ERP_CUSTOMER-XXXXXXXXXX outdated (existing data valid from YYYY/MM/DD/HH:MM:SS); update refused.

Note: the timestamp is prior to current date

We are unable to find an explanation for this issue. Could you help?

Hi Ana,

This message is basically saying that you're trying to import older data, than what we already have in the system for the given contact, from the origin SAP_ERP_CUSTOMER.

If you absolutely want to overwrite the existing data, try setting a newer timestamp.
