Hi Carolin,

changing the order of Apps within the standard Business Catalogs is currently not supported.

For the requirement of creating custom Business Catalogs, there is already a customer influence ticket submitted: 212887

Please mark your question as answered, if my comment helped.

Hello Frederik,

thanks for your answer! Your comment helped me. So this means that i also can not change the order of a complete business catalog in the fiori launch pad? Or is their a way to put a complete business catalog a bit higher oder lower than the others?

Hi carostoe,

I am not aware that this is possible. What you can do is to manually change the order of the groups during runtime via the Fiori option 'Edit Home Page'. But unfortunately this configuration does not apply to any other users.

Hi Carolin,

not sure if it helps but as a single user you can change the order of tiles in your own Fiori Launchpad.

See screen below and https://experience.sap.com/fiori-design-web/home-page/

Hello,

May be this helps...I found a way with which the order of fiori apps in a group can be modified globally.

If you want to make a specific order of fiori app tiles in one group, then you can follow these below steps:

1. If the catalog already exists, then remove all tiles from it (for new catalog. follow step 2).
2. Create the First tile as required (or create via reference from other catalogs).
Follow this same order with tiles as per your fiori apps order.
3. Create the target mappings. (here the sequence doesn't matters)

4. Finally you need to also update the group. If group already exists, then remove all apps from it & start adding in sequence from the catalog created or changed in step 1. For new groups, then start adding new apps from catalog following the sequence.

Do not forget the update the relevant PFCG role with the updated catalog and group name.

Thanks,
Vivek

Hi Vivek,

unfortunately, none of those steps are possible in a Public Cloud system like SAP Marketing Cloud.

However, since this question was originally asked in 2019, meanwhile the "Launchpad Spaces & Pages" feature was added, by which it should be possible to choose the order of the fiori apps.
