Sap Marketing Cloud: Change Decimal format in CSV Export

Hello Experts,

Is it possible to change the format of CSV Exports especially the format of decimal numbers?

I allready changed the format in the "Anwendungsbenutzer pflegen" App:

This works just fine for my User as long as i´m inside the Marketing Cloud (e.g. Segmentationmodells...)

When im trying to export data using CSV export the system uses the old format again. I can allready see this in the export preview. The seperator is again "." instead of "," .

Any way i can fix this for all Users?

Hello Samuel,

I think it depends on the regional settings of the local computer. I don't know what OS you are using, but you need to set the decimal separator "," instead of "." in your regional settings.

Hello Robo,

thanks for the quick answer. I checked my regional settings. Nothing wrong here. Even tried setting it to " ' " to see if something changes in the CSV export. But the preview aswell as the file itself still got an " . " as a decimal seperator..

In CSV file is decimal separator "." too ? it is possible that the preview and file may be different. Can you try it ?
