SAP Marketing Cloud - capturing interactions from the web

Hello dear experts,

Imagine I have a web on Wordpress with some videos. Is it possible to capture data from that web like how many videos the customer clicked to watch, how much time did they spend on each video, what was the sequence of watching those videos? and put it SAP Marketing Cloud as interactions for example?

Hi Alex,

I think it is more a question if the video platform/ wordpress is able to provide/ capture you this data.

Maybe use google analytics/ tealium for help...

After this you have to "just" transform this data into proper interaction data and then to load/ push it to marketing cloud
