SAP Marketing Cloud - Can not user target groups from an interaction profile for campaigns

Hello all,

i created a Segmentation model and a target Group on an custom interaction Profile (contracts).

But when i want to create a campaign i can not select the targe Group. All the target Groups that based on the interaction Profile are not visible in the selection.

Can somebody help me?

Hi Carolin,

I guess it is related because the target group is based on a interaction based segmentation profile

Yes that´s right. But is there no way to use a interaction based segmentation profile in campaigns? ..Is there no way to match it with the interaction contacts?
