Hello Experts,
I have the following requirement. Our customer wants to evaluate campaigns in a certain category. That means they want to know at the campaign level how many clicks a campaign has or how often a campaign has clicked. They also want to know how many people were in the target group of a campaign.
I have already found the campaign evaluation cubes. However, they always have the interactions as the key. But I would need everything based on the campaign. Does anyone have an idea or a starting point how to start?
Best Regards,
Caro

Hi carostoe ,
Alternative to Bruno's solution, if you are working with custom CDS views and creating your custom Cubes, you can set the fields which you want to set to key fields in your primary CDS views. Then when you create your secondary views, you can select the fields as key fields for your joins.
This way you can join I_Mkt_Interaction to I_Mkt_Contact and I_Mkt_Initiative to combine interactions, contact master data and campaigns data.
Best Regards

Hello abdullah.amerk ,
thanks for your answer.
But what is when i want for each campaign the amount of the target member group. The Problem ist, when i use the field "targetmembergroup" from the dimension "campaign execution run" then it calculates every interaction with the target group members. And so the number of the target group members is wrong.
For example my campaign has a target group of 10 people and i have 2 interactions. Then the field shows 10*2 = 20 target group memebers.
Is it not possible that the system calculates it on a campaign basis?
thanks in advange,
br caro
Hi carostoe ,
1) I would recommend to take the I_Mkt_Initiative view (Campaign View) and join it with I_MKT_TargetGroup to get the number of per campaign members. This way you should get the right number of members.
2) For you current case you need to set the aggregated column on the target group members. Currently it seems that it is set on the interactions.
