SAP Marketing Cloud Campaign Link Query

Hi All,

I have a customer who has seen Four (x4) of the merge stems been un-linked within their campaign workflow (see attached) and now have no actions following it. They have designed the workflow in that all the no’s should join up to one merge, and all the yes’s to the other, so there’s four paths leading in.

They have tried making a copy of the campaign and re-linking them, but it unlinks them once they save it.

Can you advise whether there is a two-stem limit to each merge?screen-shot-2021-06-18-at-145718.png

Hello Shiraz,

There should not be any 2-stem limit on the campaign designer. For example, you can have 4 yes's and 4 no's each merged to flow into follow-up actions. Copying such a campaign should also retain the flow as is:
