SAP Marketing Cloud - Account Custom fields

Dear SAP Expert,

I'm configuring the account overview in SAP Marketing Cloud. I have some custom fields of type code list.

When I select a value in those fields, it only shows the code (115 or "B") and I need to add a second field ".... (Desc) which is read-only with the description.

I have that only for accounts, for contact it shows both in the same field:

Do you know how I can configure the same behavior for the account overview?
