Hello all,
in SAP Hybris Marketing it is possible to track opend emails. Now i´m wondering if there ist also a way to track deleted mails. Or is der any way where i can recognize if a receiver deleted my email?
Maybe i can define my own actions ?
Can Somebody help me here?

Yes, you are right and im absolutely your opinion. I also don´t get this why this should be an important KPI but our customer aked for it. So i wanted to get at least some informations about this.

Email service providers and email clients do not disclose such information and therefore it is not possible. But why should this be an important KPI for your marketing activities? Some people always delete their emails and some leave them in the inbox forever. It should be more interesting whether the email was opened and you get click throughs. If you don't get any click throughs it's quite likely that your marketing message is not relevant for your customers.
