SAP Hybris Marketing : Unable to make the entire group obsolete

CASE.

1. 2 of more active customer are merged.

2. There is master data update on the primary of the group to make the group obsolete.

EXPECTATION : The whole group is made obsolete.

REALITY : The Primary record information within the group is made obsolete. The next secondary becomes the primary of the group.Need help
