My client is on SAP HYBRIS COMMERCE 1808 (CCv2) since it was released in 2018. from SAP PAM website, it has a end of mainstream support on 12.12.2020.
Question:
1. Is upgrading to SAP COMMENCE 1905 the responsibility of the client? since it is a SaaS product, why is SAP COMMENCE 1905 not automatically "pushed" to my client's Hybris version and thus upgraded automatically?
2. Is it mandatory to upgrade to SAP COMMENCE 1905 to receive extend support? what will happen to SAP HYBRIS COMMENCE 1808 once it reached the end of main stream support since it is SaaS product hosted in SAP Cloud?
