Hi Experts,
For an user SAP Hybris Cloud For Customer Add-in for Outlook is not getting displayed in task-bar, also all buttons are greyed out.
I have tried enabling COM-addins from outlook options.
Also tried reinstalling the add-in & restarting the system.
But still not working.
Please help.
