Hello experts,
We have Groupware integration with SAP CRM and it was working fine until last week.
Suddenly, the sync between SAP CRM & Outlook stopped working. Users are not able to see the CRM activities in Outlook. When we checked the logs, we don't see the OUT folder where there were 2 folders IN & OUT earlier. And, the TraceLog & ErrorLog files do not show any specific issue. The file content is normal.
Could you please help where else we can check further to fix this issue?
