SAP FSM Tools not seen in Technician Mobile Application

Hi ,

1)Dispatcher have reserved 2 Tools for an Activity in the Planning and Dispatch module and released the Activity .

2) Technician logged into Mobile Application and after synchronization after opening the Activity Reserved tools cannot be seen .

Please let us know possible solution.Thanks
