SAP determination of prices in Contracts and Service Tickets.

In SAP C4C, in contract documents and tickets, it allows adding products to the TAB Items .

Ask? It is possible to have a Price List in C4C or add manual prices for their determination for these documents.

* NOTE: I do not have integration with an external system such as ERP.

(In the quotation and order document it is possible to add manual prices)

Hi Mauricio,

Yes it is possible to have pricing set up stand alone in your SAP Service Cloud environment - internal pricing.

Make sure you set up your products like services in Product Administration (COD_PRODUCT_WCVIEW) correctly and define rates in the Price lists (COD_PRICELIST) and Discount lists (COD_DISCOUNTLISTS).

You might have to activate these work centers first on the business roles you are using.
