Hi,
We have an account with SAP Customer Data Cloud and I am in the _admins group. After I log on to the console, I notice that the "Consent" link is missing from the Registration-as-a-Service section (as shown below), which my understanding is how one creates a new consent statement. Has anyone seen this before? How should I go about troubleshooting this?

Hello Pai,
I had the same problem but I didn't see the whole Registration As Service. It helped me create a ticket to SAP Help Portal.

Hi paihungchen Customer Data Cloud Consent requires an additional license. I would recommend reaching out to our Support Desk to ensure you are covered for this Product and if you are they will be able to enable this within your Console environment.
