Dears,

I am using SAP Customer Checkout 2.0 FP13 PL10 Quick service mode and I am facing an issue when creating a customer and I get this error "Backend call timeout" please I need your help.

I am using SAP Business One and regarding the configuration on CCO I configured the Number range ID and check the connection with SAP B1 and authentication all is well but still facing the issue how can I solve it please ??

can you please check the log when you try to create the customer and share it?
