SAP Customer Checkout Truncated Receipt Printout

Hi Team,

bikash.bansal anderson.schmitt gunther.sandtner2

The receipt printout is shifted a bit to the left and the data is missing (see attached).

• SAP CCO Release: 2.0 FP08 PL12 - Version: 2.8.18 - Build: 2019-12-12 16:12:01
• Printer Model: Epson TM-T20II Model M267D
• Operating System: Windows 10

What are the possible causes and how to resolve?

Hello msattar,

It looks like you're printing with the FOP print templates.

I suggest the following:

1. Find the print template called PrintAttributes80mm.xsl in C:\SapCustomerCheckout\cco\print_templates
2. Open it with Notepad++
3. Comment out line 18
4. Comment in line 19

Then have another go.
