I have been trying to test integration between CCO and an existing B1 DB ( v9.3) have read all documentation but CCO keeps connecting to DEMO DB. Any thoughts, is DEMO CCO restricted ?

thanks

Joe

Hello Joe,

did you check the System ID entry in SAP Customer Checkout Configuration? Does it contain the correct System Number of your Productive system? See SLD Entry in SAP Business One Integration Framework There is no restriction that it work only for Demo Systems.

Please see also enclosed Screenshots

Hi thanks for your response, yes sys Id entry is correct, the only issue here is that when i test B1DI connection under SLD, I only manage a connetion with B1 demo companies. (JDBC connection works fine for all dbs)

However when i tried CCO using Sys Id of a demo company ( to elimate SLD connection issue) CCO still went back to standa;one Demo DB, I must be doing somethign wrong somewhere ?

Some info re setup CCO was originaly installed running standalone demo db and has just now been upgraded to V2. B1 was on 9.1 and recently upgraded to 9.3. both B1 and CCO work fine ( but not integrated).

thanks
Joe

Hi Joe,

could you confirm that the JDBC and the B1 entries of the relevant Sys-ID are aligned with the same DB?

If this doesn't help, we recommend to open an incident using SAP Business One Launchpad (component SBO-INT-CCO)2018-08-03-14-07-18.png. If your question is correctly, kindly select the answer as "Right Answer". This helps others to follow and easily locate answers.
