SAP Customer Checkout Table Service Unable to create a table

Hi,

My SAP Customer checkout works fine in Quick Service mode connected to SAP Customer Checkout Manager but then once I switched to Table Service mode and clicked New Table, no new table is created. Is there any additional configuration that needs to be done so that I can get a new table?

Hi Adrian,

Is there any information in the CCO and CCO manager log files?

Refer to the KBA #2655550 and KBA #2543967 for further information.

Is the CCO and the CCO manager running in the same FP?

Thank you very much for your reply.

I've upgraded my SAP Customer Checkout with the same FP as SAP Customer Checkout Manager and it resolves the issue.
