In this case, I suggest you to open an incident to SAP Support, then they may have a look in your environment.
There are dedicated components for SAP Customer Checkout. If you are a SAP BusinessOne partner, then you can create the ticket from
SAP Business One Portal: Component SBO-INT-CCO
If you are not using SAP BusinessOne, you can report tickets directly from the SAP Incident reporting system: Component IS-SE-CCO

What is the version of SAP Customer Checkout?
What is the version of SAP Business One?
What is the version of B1if scenarios?
If the scenarios is not updated, please review the SAP Note 2163033 and update the scenarios to the latest version and try to run the synchronization again.

do you think that i have a version problem ?
