Dear Team,
Is it possible to view stock details of an article using the Base UOM in SAP Customer Checkout?
Please find the below example for your understanding.
For ex : Item A = Base UOM in Carton ( 1 Carton = 20KGS)
We have defined the Sales UOM as KGS.
Current Stock available in SAP: 9.75 Cartons.
But in SAP CCO, In Stock overview report it is showing Currently available: 10 KGS; In Stock: 9.75
Is there are way to display the stock overview in KGS?
Request clarification before answering.

Dear summa,
For my understanding what we display in SAP CCO in the stock overview is like a mirror image of the Item Master Data -> Stock Data or the Stock Status report in SAP B1. And these are displayed with the base / stock UoM, not the sales UoM. As said, in the CCO standard we take over this logic and this is the only view we provide.
But perhaps one of our partners already developed some customization in that direction?
Best regards,
Gunther

Dear gunther.sandtner2,
In SAP CCO, stock overview for batch items are showing the available stock of items. It should be shown as the in stock of batch items like SAP Business One's feature.
Please give me a suggestion for this case because one of my client complaint it.
Thanks.

Hello thuzar.mon,
This is not directly related to the OP question. Let me nevertheless try to provide a suggestion. In the standard we always display the available batch quantity, i.e. total in stock minus allocated:

But you could taylor this call and display the total quantity only. The corresponding scenario step is sap.POS.ChkSerialBatchNr. You will find material and tutorials on the Partner Edge under SAP Business One Integration Framework Scenario.
Kind regards,
Gunther
